Tae Kwon-Do for Adults

Cass High Kick 3.jpeg

At Exeter Eagles Tae Kwon-Do, we welcome adults of all ages and abilities who are ready to take on a new challenge and see just how far they can go. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, learn practical self-defence, sharpen your focus, or immerse yourself in the traditional art, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

For some, the journey means progressing through belts at their own pace and enjoying the physical and mental boost along the way; for others, it’s preparing to test themselves in local, national, or even international competitions. Whatever your path, you’ll train in a friendly, encouraging environment where everyone supports each other to improve, and where no two sessions are ever the same.

Tae Kwon-Do is more than just a workout — it’s a journey of self-improvement that challenges your body, focuses your mind, and connects you to a community of like-minded people. With something for everyone, your journey is entirely your own — and we’ll be there to make sure it’s one you’ll be proud of.

Ready for a new challenge?

Tae Kwon-Do is more than a workout — it’s a journey of discipline, growth, and achievement.

Training Schedule

Mondays

6:00 - 8:00PM
St Luke's C of E School, Harts Lane, Exeter

The perfect start to your week. From 6–7pm, we focus on traditional Tae Kwon-Do for all grades — patterns, techniques, and refining skills. Then from 7–8pm, it’s time to raise your heart rate with fitness, sparring, and padwork to sharpen your reactions and build strength.

Wednesdays

6:00 - 7:00PM
West Exe School, Hatherleigh Road, Exeter

A great mid-week session for all grades, with a particular focus for beginners. We slow things down to work on detail, correct technique, and build confidence through traditional Tae Kwon-Do practice. Perfect for those starting their journey or looking to polish their skills.

Thursdays

6:00 - 7:30PM

St Luke's C of E School, Harts Lane, Exeter

A session that adapts to your grade. From 6–7pm, training is beginner-focused (up to blue belt), combining traditional techniques, padwork, and self-defence drills. From 7–7:30pm, blue belts and above get more advanced, challenging work to push skills to the next level.
